SA Anode Corporation (SAAC) is the collaborative idea of two South African companies with over 60 years of experience in the metal industry and who have now included in their management team, personnel and partners with extensive knowledge of the development and manufacture of lead anodes.
Backed by 50 years of experience in the manufacture of lead anodes used in the electrowinning and electrorefining of copper, zinc, nickel, manganese and cobalt, SA Anode Corporation offers cast anodes and rolled welded anodes.
SAAC, with its associates, can provide back-up experience in the design and use of anodes as well as problem solving in failures of anodes caused by outside factors in a cell house. SAAC has access to metallurgical as well as chemical laboratories and personnel who have conducted numerous tests on anodes to improve anode efficiency and rectify causes of anode failure in a cell.
SAAC is a level 2 B-BBEE contributor and is 51% black owned.
We provide after-sales services in the form of technical, design and usage advice as well as problem identification and solutions to failures of anodes.
